Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced labourer with a strong background in foundation waterproofing and crawlspace repairs. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including plumbing knowledge, concrete work, and carpentry. If you are a motivated, reliable, and skilled tradesperson, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform foundation waterproofing and crawlspace repairs, and basement renovations with precision and efficiency.

  • Utilize plumbing knowledge to assist with waterproofing projects.

  • Conduct concrete work related to foundation repairs and waterproofing.

  • Apply carpentry skills to reinforce and repair structural elements and assist with renovation work.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in foundation waterproofing and crawlspace repairs

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to integrate this knowledge into waterproofing projects.

  • Proficiency in concrete work, including mixing, pouring, and finishing.

  • Skilled in carpentry, with the ability to construct and repair structural components and help with renovation projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
